From designing to the end product

We specialize in cutting and bending metal sheet ranging from S235 to S690, stainless steel as 304 and 316, as well as aluminium and its related alloys.
We stand out for our capacity in being flexible on the basis of the customer’s request and this allows us to manufacture different kinds of products, making no discriminations for small series.
Thanks to a completely computerized barcode time recording system, we are able to schedule production and thus supply our customers absolute transparency in managing their orders and related costs.

Technical office

Our technical office makes use of CAD stations interfaced with the working machines simultaneously with production; it guarantees advice and technical assistance in designing products and suggests development methods in the execution phase, identifying ideal constructive solutions to optimize the finished product.

Laser cutting department

Completely automated, made up of lasers with a maximum working range of 3000x12000 4000 Watt (nitrogen or oxygen cutting), cutters and plasma equipment having a 2500x12000 working range. This allows us to satisfy any cutting requirement in a vast range of thicknesses and materials.

Punching department

We have a CNC punching machine, with a 1500x7000 working range able to work even large thicknesses and small series.

Pressing and bending department

The variety of 8 CNC machines confer us a bending system with tempered tools for carbon and austenitic steels, without incisions caused by bending.

Assembly department

Made up of qualified persons who operate both in the MIG and in the TIG environment, who realize highly complex manufactures from an aesthetic and functional perspective, guaranteeing the product is carried out in the best possible way.
